MOBILITY ON DEMAND
As a current registered Tri Delta Transit ADA paratransit customers, you are eligible to use shared on-demand transportation services with Uber, Lyft and United Med Transportation for as little as $6 per ride!
This on-demand service offers some great advantages such as same day service, extended hours, and Sunday service.
Discounts:
For each ride: You pay the first $6 of the total fare. Tri Delta Transit pays the next $14 of your fare. You will be charged the remaining balance, if any, per the transportation company’s rules and regulations.
Guidelines:
- Additional passengers may incur additional fees set by Uber, Lyft or United Med.
- Each passenger is limited to a maximum number each calendar month of 20 rides per month on Uber and Lyft and 25 on United Med. Unused rides do not carry over.
- Passengers must select the shared ride option when booking their trip to receive the discount.
- Trips must begin and end in the paratransit service area (map provided with application) Address look-up website map coming soon.
How do I sign-up:
When you are approved for Tri Delta Transit ADA paratransit service, you will receive an acceptance letter. Within that package will be the Mobility on Demand application and ‘How to Get Started’ guide. Complete the application page and return it to Tri Delta Transit by a method mentioned on the application (mail, fax, or scan and email). Keep the remainder of the packet for your use.
You’ll be notified if you have been approved for Mobility on Demand within 21 days and then you can get started.

Passenger Conduct: Any disputes regarding ride quality, driver behavior, or route choices must be resolved directly with the rideshare provider using their respective customer support platforms.
Independent Services: Uber, Lyft and United Med Transportation are independent third-party platforms. Your ride is subject to the respective rideshare company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Limitation of Liability: Tri Delta Transit assumes no liability for any delays, vehicle malfunctions, accidents, injuries, or personal property loss that may occur while you are a passenger in a vehicle operated by an independent Uber, Lyft or United Med Transportation driver.
