Due to road closures for the Brentwood Farmers’ Market, three bus stops will not be serviced (located at 2nd Street & Brentwood 2nd Street & Maple) , Saturdays, March 3rd through November 16th from 5:30am until 1:00pm The closest bus stop in service during these hours is located on Brentwood Blvd. at Oak (both eastbound and westbound)

TriMyRide.com Tri Delta Transit is excited to announce the launch of Tri MyRide, a flexible and dynamic on-demand shuttle service operating in neighborhoods near the Antioch BART Station and Pittsburg Bay Point BART Station. This 6 month pilot program began operation June 17, 2019. Tri MyRide operates Monday thru Friday from 5am to 8pm and is just $2 per ride. To use this new ride share program, passengers located within the service area first download the free Microtransit by TransLoc app to their smartphone and request a ride. Following a Tri MyRide request, the Microtransit app will provide passengers with an estimated pick-up time, track their bus in real-time, and alert them when their ride is about to arrive. Passengers are also notified when their ride is about to reach their destination. Tri Delta Transit will be using this time to gather feedback, suggestions, and ensure this service meets the needs of our community. We look forward to hearing your feedback. First Transit is accepting applications to join the next training class and become a Tri Delta Transit bus driver in Contra Costa County.


Applicants need not have commercial driving experience to apply, but must be able to learn quickly on how to control large vehicles and must be able to work well with the public.


This job has a starting rate of $18.00 per hour after training and tops off after 5-years at $25.10—there is also a $2,000 signing bonus. The job has both full-time and part-time opportunities with an attractive benefits package.
