Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority (ECCTA), is accepting proposals from a qualified firm for a three-year contract with, at ECCTA’s sole discretion, three one-year extensions for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of ECCTA’s website(s). This project shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, testing, tools, training, and other services as required by the Scope of Work section and other contract documents.

PRE PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A pre-proposal conference will be held remotely, via Zoom, at 2:00 p.m. local time, on MONDAY, MAY 22, 2023. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. Proposals must be received on the enclosed ECCTA proposal form with the required certification forms listed in the proposal documents. Proposals submitted on any other forms will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

Tri Delta Transit through the Clipper START program, is offering a 20% discount to qualifying low-income adults, age 19-64.

Bus Operators
