How to Buy Passes
Tri Delta Transit provides our riders with easy access to purchasing tickets/passes.
The following is available for you:
- Purchase on a bus – ONLY EXACT cash is accepted. If other than exact cash is provided, a credit ticket will be issued by the operator. Credit tickets are not redeemable for cash but can be exchanged for a pass with difference paid.
The following passes are available on a fixed route bus:
* General Public Day Pass
* Senior and Disabled Day Pass
* 20 Ride Pass Senior and Disabled
* 20 Ride Pass General Public
* 31 Day Pass - Purchased at select locations – Click through to Ticket Connection locations to find out where you can buy Tri Delta Transit passes within our service area.
- Buy Tickets (mailed) – Click through to the page, create an account using the fillable form and then purchase tickets to be mailed via USPS.
Tri Delta Transit is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets mailed through USPS.
For purchases of $150 or more, you will be asked if you would like the USPS to be sent by certified mail.
For purchase of over $300, please contact our bulk ticket sales specialist at BulkTickets@eccta.org Please indicate what type of pass, quantity and full contact information. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise requested and able to accommodate. - Clipper Card – (Click through to Clipper and Clipper START page) Clipper is the Bay Area transit card. Good on most transit from bus to BART to the Ferry. Get a Clipper Card and either load with funds or load passes.
- RTC Discount Card – Obtain a Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Discount card available to persons with qualifying disabilities. Visit the site and find out how.
