What is Pass2Class?
Pass2Class offers free bus passes to Contra Costa students at the beginning of the school year to encourage the use of bus transportation to and from school. Pass2Class reduces traffic congestion and air pollution by reducing the number of cars being driven to school.
Applications are NOW CLOSED for Tri Delta Transit. 511 Contra Costa has reached the allotment of applications for 2025 for Tri Delta Transit and County Connection. If you ride WestCAT and AC Transit, applications are still open. Thank you so much for participating and have a great school year.
The 2025 program offers free County Connection, Tri Delta Transit, WestCAT, or AC Transit bus passes for up to two (2) students per household for up to two months. For Tri Delta Transit, participants can receive two 20-ride passes.
Youth ages 18 and under, can utilize Youth Ride Free until end of July 2025 and then utilize the Pass2Class passes for great savings on transit.
