ADA Paratransit Service

Qualifying for ADA Paratransit Service:
This type of door-to-door public transportation service is provided following the requirements and regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
ADA paratransit is strictly limited to those who have limitations that prevent them from using accessible fixed route transportation, some or all of the time, due to a disability or health related condition.
If you qualify, you will be able to travel on paratransit systems throughout the nine county Bay Area..
ADA paratransit trips can be booked by phone from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily, including holidays.
Monday – Friday 4:00 a.m. to midnight
Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Sunday/Holidays 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
You may request a pick-up within ¾ mile of an active fixed route during the days and hours of service the bus route operates.
Apply for ADA Paratransit Services:
Before you can use Tri Delta Transit’s ADA paratransit service, you must first apply and be approved.
If you cannot download the application, here are other ways you can receive one:

Call to Get an Application Mailed
Call 1-925-706-4398 to get an application by USPS mail (this will add 7-10 days to the application process).

Email Accessible Services
Email the Accessible Services department at AccessibleServices@eccta.org

Visit our Office
Visit Tri Delta Transit’s administrative office at 801 Wilbur Avenue in Antioch.
You must fully complete the application form, have your medical professional complete and sign that section, and sign all places indicated.
Return the application to Tri Delta Transit by:
- Mailing or delivering the completed application form, in its entirety, to:
Accessible Services, Tri Delta Transit, 801 Wilbur Avenue, Antioch, CA 94509 - Emailing the complete application form (all pages) to AccessibleServices@eccta.org
- Fax the completed application form (all pages) to 1-925-754-9631
You will be contacted if your application is incomplete in any way.
You will then be notified by USPS mail of your eligibility status within 21 days of receipt of your completed application.
