Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority (dba:Tri Delta Transit) invites you to submit a proposal to provide state advocacy support services in regulatory, legislative, operations, and funding issues of interest to Tri Delta Transit. Tri Delta Transit anticipates awarding a contract for a one-year term, with two (2) one-year extensions, to the highest-ranked Proposer or Proposers. 

The following timeline is in effect:

• Questions, and Requests for Clarification/
  (RFCs) Due March 6, 2025 prior to 2:00 p.m.
• Proposals Due March 20, 2025 prior to 2:00 p.m.
• Interviews (if required) Week of March 31
• Contract Award (tentative) April 23, 2025
