Micro-transit Software & Support Services RFP #2024-04

Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority (ECCTA), a Joint Powers Agency located in eastern Contra Costa
County, California, is accepting proposals from qualified firms for a three-year contract with, at
ECCTA’s sole discretion, three one-year extensions to provide and support micro-transit software as a
service within ECCTA’s service area. This project shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment,
materials, testing, tools, training, and other services as required by the Scope of Work section and other
contract documents
A pre-proposal conference will be held remotely, via Zoom, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday,
November 27. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. Registration will be required prior to
